If your machine is attached to a network, skip the following steps below and go on to installing a n etwork connected machine’s driver (see "Installing driver over th e network" on page 161).

Exposed areas can cause labels to peel off during printing , which can cause paper jams.

Align it with the registration guide at the to p left corner of the glass. 3 Close the scanner lid. • Leaving the scanner lid open while copying may affect copy quality and toner consumption.
