7 5. Place a #4 paper cone-shaped filter or per manent filter in the Remov able Filter Bask et. Measure one le vel tab lespoon of dr ip or regular grind coff ee f or each cup of coff ee desired. For stronger or milder coff ee , adjust amount of coff ee to suit your taste .

While unit is in off position, dispose of used cof- f ee filter , and r inse Glass Caraf e and Remov able Filter Bask et in water .
9 7. P ower Select Button (O/I): Press once (the P ower Light will illuminate) to begin brewing coff ee immediately . Pressing the button again will turn the Coff eemaker OFF . 8. P ower Light: Illuminates when the Coff eemaker is in oper a- tion. Setting The Cloc k With AM/PM Indicator 1.

11 Descaling Special cleaning of your Coff eemaker is recommended at least once a month, depending on frequency of use and quality of water used in the unit.
