MAXGW1 Use and Care Guide 1. I M P O R T ANT SAF EG UAR DS When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including the following. ■ Read all instructions before using appliance. ■ Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.

1. Before first use, see Cleaning Instructions and Hints For Car e and Use of Non-Stick Surface. 2. Insert drip tray into rails under Griddle, positioned directly under the grease drain. 3. T urn temperature contr ol knob on probe to OFF position and attach securely in place.
Hints F or Care and Use of Non- Stick Sur face ■ T o avoid scratching the non-stick surface, do not stack objects on Griddle. ■ Use medium to low heat for best cooking results. V ery high temperatures can cause discoloration and shorten the life span of any non-stick surface.
