6 How T o Use George Foreman’ s Lean Mean Fat Reducing Grilling Machine 1. Before using the Grill for the first time, wipe the Grilling Plates with a damp cloth to remove any dust. W ash the drip tray in warm, soapy water . Rinse thoroughly and wipe dry .
7 Suggested Cooking Chart The following times are meant to be used as guidelines only . T imes will vary due to the cut or thick- ness of the meat being cooked. T o be sure that the food is truly done, use a cooking thermometer . If the food does need more time to cook, reset the timer and check periodically so you do not overcook.
