3 POLARIZED PLUG T his appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). T o reduce the risk of electric shock, this plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way . If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician.
HO W T O USE 1. F ill the W ater Reservoir with fresh cold water for the desired number of cups . NO TE: Do not fill above the ‘MAX’ line or less than the ‘MIN’ line indicated on the Water Reservoir . 2. Press the F ilter Bask et Opening Button and the F ilter Bask et Holder will swing outward.
CARE AND CLEANING 1) Unplug unit and let cool before cleaning. 2) Discard the coffee filter and grounds . Remove the F ilter Bask et from the F ilter Bask et Holder . 3) T he F ilter Bask et and Carafe can be washed in w arm soapy water . 4) Wipe the Housing and Warming Plate with a soft damp cloth.
