W at er Recommendations T a p wa ter Rowenta irons are designed to be used with RE GULAR T AP W A TER (up to 12 grains of hardness). If your w ater is harder than this, Rowenta recommends mixing half tap w ater with half distilled water whic h reduces the hardness; or just use inexpensive bottled spring water .
