3 TURNING THE LCD MONITOR ON/OFF The LCD Monitor tu rns ON every time the ignition key i s turned ON and system powered up. The mon itor turns OFF ev ery the Igni tion key is turn ed OFF and the system powered down.
4 LCD MONITOR BRIGHTNESS CONTROL The bri ghtne ss adj ustment contr ol is on the bott om ri ght of t he monit or (see Figure 1-C) . Rotating the wheel to the ri ght will decrease the bright ness. Rotating the wheel to the left will i ncrease the brightness.
5 Maintenance Though your monitor requires little care, you can still maintain its condition and performance by following the procedures below. • Keep your system away from exce ssive moisture, extreme heat or cold, and magnetic fields. • Keep liquids a way from the di splay .
