Remove the empty battery receptacle. 2. Remove the film from the battery . 3. Insert the battery into the recept acle and insert the receptacle into the remote.
S y s t e m C o n n e c t i o n s Connecting T o A V Signal Source Use the supplied audio/video cable to connect t he unit to an external A V output source.
S y s t e m C o n n e c t i o n s Connecting T o a Personal Computer The unit can be used as a PC display screen, by connecting the unit to the computer via the VGA connector . Also connect the Audio In jack on the re ar panel of the unit to the audio o utput jack of the computer .
S y s t e m C o n n e c t i o n s Connect T o TV -Signal Input Attach the co ax cable to the jack marked ANT INPUT on the rear panel of the unit. O nce this connection has been made you can enjoy TV programs. After connecting, press the SOURCE button on the remote control on top of the unit to select TV mode.
S y s t e m C o n n e c t i o n s Connecting T o Power Adapter Power is supplied to the unit through the power adapter . One end of the power adapter con nects to the DC12V IN jack on the rear pan el and the other and the other to a outlet rated at AC100-240V .
TV Function Basic Operation Connect the antenna to the antenna jack on the unit’s rear p anel. Connect the power sup ply cord to the +12VDC inpu t power jack and 120V AC power outlet. If the player is in standby mode, press the POWER button to turn on the unit’s power .
TV Function When the TV System Setup menu is a ctive, use the ▼ , ▲ buttons to select items you want to set, press the ► , ◄ buttons to set the selected item to th e des ired setting and press the OK b utton to exit from the menu. TV Function The auto memory tuning operation will t ake a few minutes to complete. When the tuning operation completes the unit will automatically exi t and will hav e memorize the st ations wi th sufficient si gnal strength.
TV Function Note: The default p assword is 3308. This p assword will always be ef fective even after you change the PIN. When you input the password, the following menu will be displayed: V -CHIP SETT.

Computer Screen Function This unit’s TF T LCD display may be use d as your computer ’s monitor . Access the computer setup menu and follow the steps shown below: 1. T urn of f power to the unit and the computer . Conne ct this unit to the computers V GA port using a VGA cable.
P l a y O p e r a t i o n Prep aration : Af ter all connections have been made, turn on the unit and sele ct the desired video input. Disc Loading Step s: 1. Press the POWER button on top pa nel of the unit. T he player will detect if there is a di sc and play it automatically if a disc is loaded.
P l a y O p e r a t i o n Language (Audio) There can be up to 8 audio langu ages on a DVD disc. When you pla y a multi-language DVD disc you can use the AUDIO button on the remote control to select a language. Subtitle The DVD player can support multiple kinds of subt itles.
P l a y O p e r a t i o n JPEG Playback JPEG is a common pictu re format that requires sm all amount s of storage pe r image and has lo w loss in resolution.
Playback Functions Stop Press this button once to stop playb ack and then press PLA Y button to resume playback from where it was stopp ed last. Press the button twice to stop playba ck completely . When the play button is sele cted, playback will start from the beginning.
Playback Functions Programming Chapters / T racks Y ou can store up to 12 chap ters of a DVD (or 12 tracks of a CD) in an individually pr og r am med order . Please proceed a cc o r di n gl y: DVD: Insert the DVD disc and press th e stop button, followed by pressing the PROGRAM button.
