HOW TO USE YOUR ELECTRIC GRIDDLE 1. Before use, wash the griddle and GREASE TRA Y in warm soapy water , and dr y completely . CAUTION: Do not immerse TEMPERA TURE CONTROL PROBE in water or other liquid. 2. Insert GREASE TRA Y into GUIDES under the griddle.
HOW TO CLEAN YOUR ELECTRIC GRIDDLE COOKING TIME AND TEMPERA TURE 1. Unplug and allow to cool before cleaning. 2. Remove TEMPERA TURE CONTROL PROBE (DO NOT IMMERSE IN W A TER) . Wipe with damp cloth and dry thoroughly . 3. Remove GREASE TRAY and discard contents.
