The water heater(s ) shall be f ired with gas at a rated input of BTU/hr. 2. The water heater(s ) shall be CSA t ested and certif ied with a m inimum therm al efficiency of 85 percent at full fire.

The water heater(s ) shall be equip ped with a fixe d 5-minute energ y-saving pum p control rela y, mounted and wired, which autom atically shuts off the water heater pump at a set period after water heater shut- down to avo id standby losses associated with constant pum p operation.
