This produces a mor e even, less fierce heat than a conv entional grill.

10 Steam is coming from the o ven. When cooking foods with a high water c ontent (e.g. oven chips) ther e may be some steam visible at the top of the door . T ake care when opening the oven door , as there may be a momentary puff of steam when the door is opened.
