Hob controls There are 12 settings giving a wide range of temperatures. Setting Suggested use 1 Melting butter , chocolate etc. 1- 4 Heating small quantities of liquid and to keep dishes warm. 4 - 8 Heating foods, thawing deep-frozen foods, cooking fruits and vegetables.
4 EASY GUIDE Cleaning T o keep the surface clean and bright, we recommend you use a silicone conditioner . Used prior to jam making this will help to protect the surface of the hob. It is very important to clean the surface soon after every use, when the glass is still warm.
