44 2. DESCRIPTION The machines in the EPOCA series hav e been desi- gned to prepare e xpress coffee and hot be v erages. A positive-displacement pump inside the machine pow ers the heater in which the water is heated. By pressing the appropr iate b uttons, water is supplied to the spouts in the f or m of hot water or steam, ac- cording to needs.

ST OPPING THE MA CHINE A - T emporar y stop ● Carry out cleaning and maintenance operations. ● Wind up the cable and fasten it to the machine with sticky tape . ● Cov er the machine and place it in a dry room. Do not leave it exposed to atmospheric agents and do not allow it to be touched by children or unift persons.
