Speaker Placement Although the AP4’ s are very forgiving , it’ s true that proper speaker place- ment can have a big impact on sound qualit y . T here seem to be quite a few theories on correct speaker placement but all rooms and tastes ar e dierent so it’ s impossible to recommend a perfect placement.
W all or Ceiling Mounting If you plan to mount your speakers on a wall or ceiling, there are bracket systems a vailable to accomplish this. Y our AP4 speakers include t wo standard ⁄” threaded inser ts on the rear panel and another identical inser t on the bottom of each AP4 cabinet for attaching a speaker mount or bracket.
Operation Y our AP4 speakers are per fect for digital hybrid ampliers (Class-D , Class-T , etc.) as well as most stereo receivers, integrat ed amps, and tube ampliers. The AP4 has a 4 ohm impedance rating but will generally sound gr eat when connected to receivers or power amps with 8 ohm speaker outputs.
W arranty Period All Audioengine pr oducts have a 3-year Limited W arranty on parts and labor from date of pur chase. Y our warranty is automatic so there is no need to register . T his Limited W arranty applies only to Audioengine products purchased in the Continen tal United States.
