Detach the bolts at the bottom of the Upright Flats. C . Inser t the Leg Cur l Seat Extension into the Leg Curl Seat Upr ight, using a mallet, if necessar y .

Inser t End Caps into the end of the Rod. C . Secure the Rod in place from below using two he x set screws .

Obvious signs that Cable problems exist include: ✔ The Cap Plate does not rest squarely on the top weight of the Weight Stac k.
