-- 6 -- NOTE : If engine has not st arted, pull s tarter rope 5 m ore pulls . If engine stil l does not run, it is probably fl ooded. ST ARTING A FLOODED ENGINE S Move the choke l ever to t he RUN position. S Move throttle lever to the positi on. S Pull rope to cl ear engine of exc ess f uel.
