Before each use: ● Drain water from air compr essor tank and condensation from air lines. See air compr essor’ s operators manual. Disconnect the tool from the air supply befor e lubricating or changing abrasive disc. ● Lubricate tool, see “Maintenance” section in this manual.
7- ENG D29847 MAINTENANCE T o Install Abrasive Disc ● Disconnect the tool from the air supply holding it so sander pad faces up. ● Clean dust from sander pad. ● Position abrasive disc onto sander pad. ● Press abrasive disc firmly onto sander pad.
Lubrication Air tools requir e lubrication throughout the life of the tool. The air motor and bearing uses com- pressed air to power the tool. Because moistur e in compressed air will rust the air motor , you must lubricate the motor daily . An inline oiler is recommended.
