8 Extreme care should be taken when removing paint. The peelings, residue, and vapors of paint may contain lead, which is poisonous. Exposure to even low levels of lead can cause irreversible brain and nervous system damage. Young and unborn children are particularly vulnerable.
9 EXTENSION CORD SELECTION If an extension cord is used, make sure the conductor size is large enough to prevent excessive voltage drop which will cause loss of power and possible motor damage. A table of recommended extension cord sizes will be found in this section.

15 LUBRICA TING THE CHAIN Lubricate the chain case every six months, or once a month if the sander is in constant use. Disconnect tool from power source. 1 .
