W eb-based Admin Portal This section introduces h ow to ac ce ss the web-based Admin Portal and it s fundamental layout.

Polycom, Inc. 48 Record and Playback Configure T emplates A template is used to de fine a set of basic recording p arameters, such as call rate of recordin g, video quality , whether to live stream and streaming rate . All Virtual Recordin g Rooms (VRR) are created based on templates.

If a PIN code is set, you mu st enter th e correct PIN code to play the live streams or archives created using this VRR. After this option is selected, you must ent er a PIN code consisting o f 1-16 digits in PIN Code .
