4 • Running Mail 4-10 SV62207 Rev. B Selecting the Post age Mode and Running the Mail Once you decide the appropriate mode for running your mail job, you select the mode on your mailing system. T o access the modes, press the Mode key on the IntelliLink® Control Center .

4 • Running Mail 4-12 SV62207 Rev. B Mode Selection: Weigh First Piece This feature is avail able only on systems that have the o ptional Weigh- On-The-W ay® (W-O-W®) module inst alled. In this mode, the machine weighs t he first mail pie ce and processes the remaining mail at the same post age rate.

Place the mail on the scale. • If you have previously selected a class, the system displays th e fol - lowing prompt at the top of th e screen: Print t apes automatically On or Off.

The time and date will remain the same durin g a single transaction (wheth er you pro cess a single envelo pe or 100 envelopes.

Y our system can store up to 100 of your ba rcode records before sending the m to Pitney Bowes.
