CAUTION: T o prevent damage and/or injury • Do not ground the speaker wire directly or con- nect a negati ve (–) lead wire for se veral speakers. • This unit is for vehicles with a 12-v olt battery and negati ve grounding. Before installing it in a recre- ational vehicle, truck or b us, check the battery voltage.
Connecting the Unit Connecting the Power T erminal • Always use the special red battery and ground wire [RD-223], which is sold separately . Connect the battery wire directly to the car battery positiv e terminal (+) and the ground wire to the car body .
