SBS SBS For adjusting the quantity of a small coffee. For adjusting the quantity of a medium coffee. Coffee dose adjustment - Y ou must adjust the dose before dispensing coffee (See “Programming”) . This adjustment will have an immediate effect on the coffee brewed.
DISPENSING COFFEE / HOT W A TER HOT W A TER Place a container beneath the steam tube. Press the button to dispen- se water . T urn the knob counter- clockwise to start dispen- sing. Close the knob when fi nished. Remove the container . Press the button to restore the machine to normal operation.
STEAM / CAPPUCCINO STEAM Place the cup beneath the steam tube. Open the knob. Close the knob. Heat by moving in circles. CAPPUCCINO Fill a cup to 1/3 with cold milk. Place a container beneath the steam tube. Open the knob to discharge any residual water .
Descaling is necessary every 3-4 months, when there is a reduction in the water capacity . The machine must be on; it automatically controls the distribution of the descaling solution. DESCALING W arning! Never use vinegar as a descaling agent. Y ou can use any commercially available non-toxic, non-harmful descaling product for coffee machines.
WATERFILTER ON See “Programming”. Enable the fi lter control function and reset the water counter . INST ALLA TION Remove the fi lter from the packing container . Adjust the dater to the current month. Put the fi lter into the empty tank. Check where the fi lter positioning and reference mark is.
BASIC CLEANING Unscrew and clean the “pannarello” attachment. Use the brush to clean the ground coffee dispenser . Remove the grill. Open the front door. Remove the drawers. Press the PUSH button to release the brew group. Unscrew the upper fi lter and wash it.
PROGRAMMING MACHINE FUNCTIONS PROGRAMMING ST ART ENERGY SA VING RINSING The user can change some machine operating parameters to suit his/her personal needs. Press the “MENU” button to access the programming mode. Use the “ ∧ ” and “ ∨ ” buttons to display/change the menus.
