Y ou can use a repeater to ext end the operating range for the AT&T SB67118 DECT 6.0 4-line corded/c ordless telephone system to cover areas where the signal is very weak or not available. The r epeater extends the range in all directions, even going around cert ain barriers.
3 R egistr ation Y ou should register your repeaters to the tel ephone base befor e choosing locations for them in the building. NOTE: You can regist er a repeater to an SB67118 telephone base without deregistering it from a previous telephone base. New registr ations overwrite any previous repeater registrations.
R egistr ation ST A TUS indicator light Slow flash The repeater is power ed on and in idle mode waiting to be re- register ed. -OR- The register ed repeater is not connect ed to the telephone base. -OR- Y our telephone base has no power . Quick flash The repeater is r egistering to the telephone base.
Inst allation 5 After you have plugged in your repeaters in the locations you think are best, place a call from a cor dless handset (AT&T SB67108) and while talking, move around the building to test the rec eption. Y ou may want to adjust the position of repeaters to receive the best reception.

Please use the r ecommended placement and installation tips as follows: The antennas needs to be in a high location (not on the fl oor or under a desk) for rec eption.
