8 High Gain Input - Used for most electric guitars. It is 10dB more sensitive than the L OW GAI N I NPUT (2). Lo w Gain Input - Pro vided for instruments that have extremely high outputs, which may r esult in over driving or distor ting the H IG H GAI N I NPUT (1).
Rev erb - Controls the amount of rev erberation that is mixed into the signal path. Pilo t Light - Illuminates when AC power is being supplied to the amplifier . S t andby Switch - Placing this switch in the “ST ANDBY” position will effectively shut the amplifier off while keeping all heater and bias supplies active and ready to go.
10 R ear P anel AC Power Inlet - This is the receptacle for an IEC line cord, which provides AC power to the unit. Connect the line cord to this connector to provide power to the unit. Damage to the equipment may result if improper line voltage is used.
11 R ear P anel Recording Output - This balanced XLR jack is used to route a microphone-simulated signal (tapped dir ectly from whatever speaker is being used) from the amplifier to an external recor ding device or P A. It utilizes a 100% passive circuit to avoid clipping, noise, and other shor tcomings of active circuitry .
