Getting Started 1-3 Installing the Printer To install the printer on the wall: 1. Sel ect a suit able location for the pri nter on a wall. 2. T ape the wall mount templat e to the wall in the select ed locat ion. Caution: The template must be lev el or the printe r will not install correctly.

Press th e power switc h on the side of the print er to the off (O) position. 2. Pla ce the po wer supply in a suitable loc ation, preferably on a table, near an e lectrical outlet .

3 - 2 Operator’s Handb ook Clearing Labe l Jams To clear a jam: 1. Lower the supply door. 2. Re move any pre viously loaded lab els. 3. Sli de the roll of labels of f the suppl y holder. 4. Remove the jammed labels. Caution: Do not use s harp or pointed objects to remove labels.
Care & Maintenance 3-3 Cleaning the Printhead Clean the printh ead after every five rolls of labels or when you se e voids in the print. To clean the printhea d, use a Thermal Printe r Cleaning Card (order number 116527 – sold separately). 1. Turn on the printer.
