3 Bef ore use Preface The WX-CC411 and WX-CC412 are Center Modules f or the wireless intercom systems that are used in drive-thru outlets. Features The WX-CC411 is designed f or single lane operation of drive-thru outlets; the WX-CC412 is designed f or dual lane operation.
4 Bef ore use Operation This system suppor ts the follo wing operations that are suited to drive-thru customers. Single lane Operations in an en vironment in which only one order post is installed are referred to as “single lane” operations .
5 Bef ore use T andem lane Operations in an en vironment in which the order posts are installed in series are referred to as “tandem lane” operations. When the vehicle detector f or lane A is OFF and the v ehicle detector f or lane B is set to ON, a tandem lane message urging the customer to mov e to lane A is pla yed bac k.
6 Bef ore use System requirements CPU 1 GHz or f aster 32-bit (x86) processor or 64-bit (x64) processor RAM 1 GB (32-bit) or 2 GB (64-bit) Network function 1 por t 10BASE-T or 1 por t 100BASE-.

12 Br o wser Operation Configuring network settings [Netw ork] This function is used to configure the network settings of the Center Module. Click the [Installation] b utton, then the [Network] tab . IPv4 Network [DHCP / Static] Displa ys the DHCP of the Center Module.
13 Br o wser Operation UPnP The Center Module is compatible with UPnP (Univ ersal Plug and Pla y). Using UPnP function, y ou can configure the f ollowing settings automatically . Set the router por t forw arding function. (A router that is compatible with UPnP is required.
14 Br o wser Operation [NTP server address] If “Manual” is selected f or [NTP ser ver address (Manual / A uto)], enter the NTP ser ver IP address or host name manually . Number of characters: 1 to 128 T ypes of characters: alphanumeric, characters -.

16 Br o wser Operation Setting Help contact [Help contact] This tab is used to check the telephone n umber and configure the email transmission settings f or the Help contact screen displa yed on the LCD displa y of the Center Module. Click the [Installation] b utton, then the [Help contact] tab .
17 Br o wser Operation Confirming the gr oup settings f or All-In-One Headsets and Belt P ac ks This function is used to confirm the group settings for All-In- One Headsets and Belt P acks . This setting can be changed through operations on the Center Module.
18 Br o wser Operation Confirming store hours [Store hour s] This tab is used to confirm store hours settings. This setting can be changed through operations on the Center Module. Click the [Store] b utton, then the [Store hours] tab . Store hours [Store hours] Displa ys whether or not store hours is being used.
19 Br o wser Operation Configuring and confirming settings f or each lane This tab is used to configure and confirm settings for each lane. T o displa y this screen, click the [Lane] b utton in the Setup menu panel. T o configure and confirm settings for Lane B, clic k the [Lane B] tab .
20 Br o wser Operation [DSP] This section displa ys the settings for the three functions inv olv ed in voice signal processing (echo canceller , digital noise reduction and ASLC). Echo Canceller : Displays the echo suppression le v el. (OFF/ LO W/MID/HIGH) Digital noise reduction: Displays the noise suppression le vel.
21 Br o wser Operation Message list Displa ys the settings for each g reeter message. This setting can be changed through operations on the Center Module. [No.] Displa ys the number of the greeter message. [Message name] Displa ys the name of the greeter message.
22 Br o wser Operation Confirming reminder message settings [Reminder message] This tab is used to confirm the reminder message that is pla yed at fix ed times to urge the store personnel to work. Click the [Message] b utton, then the [Reminder message] tab .
23 Br o wser Operation Confirming reminder message schedule settings [Reminder schedule] This tab is used to confirm reminder message schedule settings. Click the [Message] b utton, then the [Reminder schedule] tab . [Days of the week] The schedule f or the selected day of the w eek is display ed.
24 Br o wser Operation Confirming alert message settings [Aler t message] This tab is used to confirm the aler t message to be pla y ed during a secur ity aler t. Clic k the [Message] button, then the [Aler t message] tab . [ON/OFF] Displa ys whether or not aler t message is being used.
25 Br o wser Operation Confirming the security aler t settings This screen is used to confirm the operations to be perf or med when a security aler t notice is receiv ed from button F of an All-In-One Headset or Belt P ack or from aler t inputs 1 to 4.
26 Br o wser Operation The SMTP ser ver m ust be set before an email can be sent. T o set the SMTP ser ver , clic k the [Installation] button, then the [Server] tab . The f ollowing substitute characters can be used in the email body .
27 Br o wser Operation Confirming quic k operation settings This button is used to confirm the operation settings that were set b y touching the (Quick Oper ation button) on the Center Module. This setting can be changed through operations on the Center Module.
28 Br o wser Operation P erf orming maintenance on the Center Module This screen is used to check the status of and perf orm maintenance on each de vice. The maintenance menu is f or maintenance staff . T o displa y this screen, click the [Maintenance] b utton in the Setup menu panel.
29 Br o wser Operation Check the [HTTP Status] / [HTTPS Status] after 10 min utes hav e passed since star ting up the router and Center Module. The f ollowing char t shows the meaning and action to tak e for each port forwarding [HTTP Status] / [HTTPS Status].
