This unit is an additional hands et compatible with the following series of Panasonic SIP Cordless Phone: KX-TGP500/KX-TGP550 Y ou must register this handset wit h yo ur base unit before it can be used.
– 2 – Accessory information Supplied ac ce s sor ie s *1 Please read the replacement battery information section of the base unit’s User Guide on the Panasonic Web site. See page 1 for Panasonic URL. *2 The handset cover comes attached to the handset.
– 3 – Note: L Use only the supplied Panasonic AC adaptor PQL V219E. L The AC adaptor must remain connecte d at all times. (It is normal for the adaptor to feel warm during use.) Battery inst allation/Battery charge Important: L Use the supplied rechargeable bat teries.
– 4 – Registering a hand set to the base unit 1 Base unit: N KX-TGP500 series Press and hold { ALL } for about 4 seconds until the ST A TUS indicator flashes in red. N KX-TGP550 series Press and hold { ALL } for about 4 seconds until the registration tone sounds and the ST A TUS indicator flashes in r ed.
– 5 – Belt clip W all mounting 1 Drive the screws (not supplied) into the wall. 2 Mount the charger ( A ), then slide it down ( B ) and to the right ( C ) until it is secure. Note: L Make sure that the wall is strong enough to supp ort the weight of the unit.
