– 1 – 5.8 GHz Optiona l Cordless Handset Model No. KX-TGA520C Inst allation Manual PLEASE READ BEFORE USE AND SA VE. This handset is an accessory cordless h andset, for use with Panasoni c base units KX-TG5200C/KX-TG5202C/KX-TG 5230C/KX-TG524 0C/KX-FPG391C .
– 2 – Inst alling the battery Insert the battery ( 1 ) and pres s it down until it snaps into the co mpartment ( 2 ). Close the cover . Charging the battery Place the handse t on the charger and charge for 6 hours before initial use.
– 3 – Registration This cordless handset must be regi ster ed to a KX-TG5200C/ KX-TG5202C/KX-TG5 230C/ KX-TG5240C/KX-FPG391C base un it. The handset will be assigned the extension numbe r at registration. Only one handset can be registered at a time.
– 4 – Selecting the display language Y ou can select eith er “English” or “Français” (French) as the di splay language. The factory preset is “English”.
– 5 – Optional Headset Connecting an optional headset to the han dset allows hands-fr ee pho ne conversation. Please only use a Panasonic KX-TCA86, KX-TCA9 1 or KX-TCA92 headset. Connecting an optional headset Open the headset jack cover and insert the headset plug in to the headset jack as shown below .
