9 Setting up the massage lounger 1 Where to use the unit Ensure there is adequate space to recline. Caution Do not use the unit in areas with high humidity , such as the bathr oom , because this can lead to electric shock or other accidents. Place the unit on a totally flat surface.
10 Confirm that the main unit and the accessories are in the bo x. Main unit Accessories • Armrests (Right/Left) Left/Right indication Small holes on the inside fabric are an intentional part of the functional design.
11 1 Attaching the armrests (On both the right and left sides) 1. Insert the armrest into the unit. Be careful to av oid pinching your fingers . • Assembl y 2. Fasten the armrest with the attachment screws. Set the two attac hment screws in place b y hand first and then tighten firmly with the allen ke y .
12 2 Attaching the contr ol panel stand to the right or left side panel of the unit (Diagram shows attac hment to right armrest.) The position of the control panel when seated can be selected by choosing the appropriate hole f or the screw . Near Appro x.
13 When remo ving the control panel stand co ver 1. Insert the head of a flat-tip screwdriver in the gap under the mark (O). 2. Push the bottom tab of the cover up to lift the co ver . 3. Perf orm the same procedures as 1 and 2 abo ve for the other gap.
14 Mo ving the control panel cor d to the left side (when control panel stand is on left side) 1. Press the button on the contr ol panel to turn on the power . 2. Press the button on the contr ol panel and hold until the legrest has risen far as it will go.

18 Pr ogram Massages Pre-Program Quic k Massage 1 Press the b utton to turn on the power . The power will turn off automatically if the massage does not star t within 3 minutes after turning on the power . 2 Press one of the flashing b uttons ( ) to select the pr ogram.

21 Creating Self-Pr ograms Self-Program Self-Program The Self-Program allo ws you to create a massage where you determine the time and intensity in neck, shoulders , back, and lower bac k by selecting from le vels 0 (no massage) to 3 (longest and most intense).
22 3 Set the time and intensity f or the neck, shoulder , back, and lower bac k, respectively ( ). The le vel shifts sequentially whene ver the button is pressed. Display Ho w to shift the level Press the button to shift the le v els for “NECK, ” “SHOULDER, ” “MIDDLE, ” and “LO WER” b y one up/down at the same time.

24 3 Select the location y ou want to massage ( ). Y ou can select an action combined with “FULL R OLL ” by pressing the b utton. Display 4 Select the massage action ( ). By pushing on the body par t again, the massage action will toggle down from ultra knead to tap .

27 Adjusting the position The position ma y not change immediately if the button is pressed in the middle of an action. For the Pre-Program, Quick Massage, and Self-Pr ogram Fine adjustment is possible . • (Maximum n umbers of adjustment) At some positions, it is impossib le to adjust twice.
28 Air Massage Adjustments Air Massage When a pre-program and quic k massage are selected, the air massage is automatically turned on. When Self-Program and Man ual Operation are selected, the air massage is turned off. 1 Open the left co ver . 2 Press the b utton to turn each off or on.
29 Adjusting the Legrest length Adjust the legrest so that y our feet fit snugly . For a person who is smaller: If the legrest is raised up , the fit with your leg and sole of y our f oot will be better. Press the button. • For a person who is tall: Push the legrest out b y pulling back on the legrest slide le ver .
30 Using the leg stretch massa g e When Pre-Program and Quic k Massage are selected, the leg stretch massage is tur ned on. When Self-Program and Man ual Operation are selected, the leg stretch massage is tur ned off. 1 Open the left co ver . 2 Press the b utton to turn the function off or on.
31 Ottoman and Bac krest height adjustment Adjusting the rec lining angle and the angle of the legrest 1 Press the button to turn on the power . 2 Press the or b utton to adjust the angle . Mov ement will continue until a “beep-beep-beep” sound is heard if the buttons are held down.
32 Extending out the legrest 1 Slide the legrest to y our fav orite position by pulling the legrest slide le ver . (The legrest will slide appro ximately 5" (12 cm).) Pull the legrest slide lever bac k. Push with soles of feet and the legrest slides out.
33 Adjusting the v oice guidance v olume Press the button to adjust the v olume . V olume Display “Off ” “Soft” “Medium” Default Setting “Loud” The single beep (when a button is pressed) and the triple beep (when the adjustable setting limit is reached) will alwa ys be audible.

36 Settings that can be saved The latest settings entered by the user during programs or man ual operation will be sav ed. For Pre-Program, Quick Massa g e, and Self-Program Ultra Knead/Repeat/P osition Settings f or 8 different times f or the respective progr ams can be sav ed.
37 Erasing saved data 1 Press the button to turn on the power . The power will turn off automatically if the massage does not star t within 3 minutes after turning on the power . 2 Press the b utton corresponding to the settings you wish to delete. Only the button pressed will illuminate .
38 After completing the massage The massage will be completed in appro ximately 15 minutes. For a quick massage, 5 min utes. Since the f oot section pivots, the legrest will return to a down and retracted position so that y ou can safely sit up . T o return the back of the c hair to the original position, press the b utton twice .
39 Disconnecting the power W arning After use, always slide the power s witch to the “off ” position, turn the lock switch to the “lock” position and remove the lock s witch key . F ailure to obser ve this precaution ma y result in accident or injur y due to children pla ying with the controls.
40 Cleaning and Maintenance Caution Alwa ys unplug the unit before cleaning it. Never touch a power plug with wet hands. F ailure to follo w these instructions may lead to electrical shock or b ur ns. • Areas co vered with synthetic leather Wipe these areas with a soft, dry cloth.
41 Mo ving the Unit Caution Alwa ys return the legrest to its original position before moving the unit. F ailure to obser ve this precaution ma y result in injur y due to the legrest returning to its original position when the unit is being mov ed. Do not move the unit while someone is seated in it.
