1 About V o ice Memo V oice Memo pr ovides a place for you to r ecord your thoughts while y ou’re on the go. Y ou can use V oice Memo to do things you might do with a voi ce re co r de r , a nd m o re : ■ Recor d and play back voic e memos dir ectly on your handheld.
Using V oice Memo 2 T o in stall V oice Memo (Ma c comput er): 1. Insert the Softwar e Essential s CD-ROM into your computer ’ s CD-ROM drive. 2. Double-click the Softwar e Essentials CD, open the Product ivity folder and then open the V oice Memo f older .
R ecording a v oice me mo 3 Record ing a voic e memo T o recor d a voice memo, you can use the headset bu tton or the onscreen contr ols. After you finish r ecordi ng a voice memo, you cannot add to or change the content, but you can assign the voi ce memo to a category or change the voi ce memo title.
Using V oice Memo 4 5. (Optional) T ap the category pick list in the upper -right corner and select the category wher e you want to stor e the voice memo. TIP T o automatically s tore voice memos on an expansion c ard, see “Storing voice memos on an expansion card” l ater in this handbook.
