6 4 3 Attach on e Leg Top Su pport (C7) between the le ft legs usin g th e 1/ 4-20UNCx 12 Bolt s ( D8). Repeat above process for the other leg top support.
7 Inser t M6x95 B olts (D4) t hr o u gh the tro lley legs, the S pacers (D5), and keep t he tip of th e bolts insi de the spacers. W hil e hol d ing the barbec ue body into position (2 peop le required), screw the bolts into the barbecue body as shown.
8 Attach Drip Tray Left B racket (B10) to barbec u e bod y usin g M5x15 Bolt s (D1), W ash ers (D2) and M5 Nuts (D 3) as shown. Repeat above process f or Dr ip Tray Right Bracket (B11). NOTE: Ensure that t h e big tabs of t he brakets w h ic h stop t he drip tray ar e located at the front of t he barbecue.
9 Rem ove th e pla sti c wrap f rom th e Lava Rock (B3) and th en place a uniform layer in to Lava Rock Basket (B4). Lay th e lav a rock caref ully into the body ensuring it lies level within t h e body. Lay the cooking grill (B1) and gridd le (B2) into place.
10 (Rear vi ew of the ba rbecue trolley.) Attach th e screen (C8) to the front left/right legs as show n . C8 Connect th e Hose a n d Regulator A ss embly (B13) to t he barbecue. Ensu re the mati n g fac es of th e co nn ection are clean and not damaged.
