6 Attach the W heel Skirt (C27, C28, C 29) to t h e bottom panel usin g M4 x 10 Bolts (D8x 7pc s ) a nd M4 Nuts (D3 x 7pcs) as show n , Th e n fi x t h e lef t / ri g h t w heel skirts onto the front wheel skirt using ST4.0x10 Screw (D4 x 2pcs) a s s h ow n .
7 Caref u lly t u rn the assem bl ed cabinet right side u p. Attach Dri p Tray Left B racket (B10) to th e righ t l egs using ST4.0x 10 Screws (D4 x 2pcs) a s show n . Repeat above process for Drip Tray Right Bracket (B 11). 5 6 Fr ont Side Rear Si de B10 Attach th e Upper S u ppo rt (C21) to t h e f ron t l egs using M6x15 Bolt s (D2 x 4pc s ).
8 Attach th e Door Ha n dle (C 22) on to t he Left Door (C23) usi n g M6x15 Bolt s (D2 x 2pc s ). Repeat above process for Rig h t D oor (C24). 7 8 C22 C23 Fit the door to the cabinet by depressing the spring pi ns and placing into the cab in et. Attach th e Basket (C25) o n to the right door as sh ow n.
9 9 10 Caref u lly place th e Barbec ue Body (B1) onto t h e c abinet struct u re and fi x usin g M6 x 40 B ol t s (D1 x 8pcs) as sh ow n . Attach Body S u pport A (C14) o n to t he l ef t rear leg a .
10 11 12 Attach Side Shelf P an el (C4) o n to Side S h elf (C3) u sing M6 x 15 B ol t s (D2 x 2pcs) a n d M6 Nu t (D6 x 2pc s ) as shown. Attach the s i de s h e lf assembly to t h e barbecue body using ST4.0x 10 Screw (D4 x 2pc s) and M6x15 Bolts (D2x4pcs) as s h own.

12 Attach th e Side B u r n er F irebox (C8) into t h e side burner shelf using M4x10 Bolts (D8 x 4pcs) as show n . 15 16 Attach the side burner v alve and K n ob B ezel (C10) onto side b u r n e r sh e l f usin g M4 x 10 Bolt s (D8 x 2pcs) as s h ow n .
13 Feed the tu be of th e Sear B u rner (C12) th rough t h e g u ide hole in th e s i de burner firebo x , and fix it using M5x15 Bolt (D7 x 2pcs) as s h ow n. Make sure that the end of tube is s et o v er the gas o u t let of side burner valve. 17 18 Attach Side Burner Electrode (C9) into t h e side burner firebo x us ing a ST4.
14 Attach Side Burner Lid (C6) onto the side b u rner shelf u sing Side Burner Lid A x le (C7) as shown. 19 20 Place the Side Burner Grid (C5) onto the side bur n er s h elf . NOT E: M ake sure th e bas e of c ooki ng ut ensil to p ut o n t he si de b urner is l arg er t han 150m m an d sm aller t han 2 20mm .
