BAG REMOV AL: 1. Unsnap bag door from base. 2. Gently pull bag from cardboard collar upwards. 3. Dust seal will close automatically BAG INST ALLA TION: 1. Slide the cardboar d collar completely onto bag dock door . 2. Fir mly push bag dock door with both thumbs on indication point until it snaps.
5 Oper ating Instructions T o Operate Make sure the disposable paper filter dust bag is in place. DO NOT operate the cleaner without a paper filter dust bag. Plug the power cord into an electrical outlet. Press the ON (l) - OFF (O) switch on handle assembly when ready to operate.
W ARNING: Unplug cord from electrical outlet before servicing. H o w to R eplace a W orn B elt Remove the replacement belt from the storage channel. Remove the door by removing the hold down screw located on side of power head. Slide the door for war d by pr ying open with a screwdriver or coin.
7 IMPORT ANT : On plush and new carpets, stuffing may occur due to excessive fuzz and loose cuttings in the carpet. Stuffing could occur for the first few cleanings until all the loose material is removed. Due to the high efficiency of the cleaner , many older carpets will cause stuffing when the cleaner is first used on them.
