~4~ ~5~ Open Boxes VP6 and VP7. Install INSULA TION STRIP (J) to Back, T op, and Bottom P anels. PUSH IN FULL Y! Insert Cam Pins (F) in BACK P ANEL ’S predrilled holes down to T AB. (May require some force) STEP 1 : P ANEL PREP ARA TION 1 P ANEL EDGE J CAUTION : 1.
~4~ ~5~ Use allen key provided or #3 phillips screwdriver . Attach T OP and Bottom to Back by CAREFULL Y aligning edge holes over Cam P ins and gently push together to avoid damaging cam pins.
~6~ ~7~ Insert Cam Cap (A) in all Cam Holes . 3 STEP 2 : CABINET ASSEMBL Y CONTINUED T OP !!! Open Box VP5 or VP2. Insert Cam Pins (F) in BACK P ANEL ’S predrilled holes down to T AB. (May require some force) Attach SIDES to Back/Bottom/T op by CAREFULL Y aligning edge holes over Cam P ins and gently push together to avoid damaging cam pins.
~6~ ~7~ Open Box VP3. Fasten one HINGE (found in door box) to the SIDE of the cabinet Install four LEGS (H) into BASES fully in. Fasten FRONT BASE to the BOTT OM of the cabinet ( FRONT BASE has to be .
~8~ ~9~ STEP 4 : SHEL VES Open box VP4S or VP4D Hook SHEL VES into hangers start- ing from the bottom of cabinet, (12 shelves on cooling unit side, 14 on the other) alternating the two sides HINT : CE.
~8~ ~9~ STEP 5 : COOLING UNIT INST ALLA TION GET HELP BEFORE INST ALLING AND KEEP CHILDREN CLEAR OF CELLAR CONSTRUCTION AREA. Get helper to help guide unit, keep light cord clear of edge inside cellar and to prevent tipping of cellar . MAKE SURE INSULA TION STRIP IS IN CORRECT ORIENT A TION .
