- 5 - 1. SELECT BLOWER OPTION AND INST ALL DUCTWORK Either an interior or exterior blo wer or in-line blo wer may be used with this hood. The NuT one premier NP64000 Series must be installed with blo wer models P5, P8, HLB3, HLB6, HLB9, HLB11, 331H, 332H, 335 or 336 only .
- 6 - 2. PREP ARE THE INST ALLA TION Make sure that the f ollowing items are included: - Range hood - Accessories: • Filters • Bag of par ts including: (4) lock n uts, (1) wire clamp , (8) 1 / 2 ” double thread screws , (2) wire connectors, (2) 1 / 2 ” standard screws, (6) 3 / 8 screws.
- 7 - Removing horizontal knock out opening on back of hood HD0076 5. CHOOSE THE OPENING (INTERIOR BLOWER) Remov e the knock out for the chosen opening (horizontal at the bac k of the hood or vertical on rough-in plate). See pictures below . CA UTION When using P5 blower , remove the 10’ ’ wide knock out (smaller par t).
- 8 - 8. INST ALL THE ADAPTER (INTERIOR BLOWER) Using two (2) standard 1 / 2 ’ ’ screws, secure the adapter to the top (or bac k) of the hood. Seal the adapter to the hood using duct tape. HD0005 HD0006 9. INST ALL THE HOOD (ALL BLOWERS) HD0043 INTERIOR BLO WER: Run power cab le to installation location.
- 9 - 10. CONNECT WIRING (ALL BLOWERS) IN TE RI OR BL O WER : Connect cab le into wir ing bo x using wire connectors. Connect wires as f ollow: BLA CK to BLACK, WHITE to WHITE and GREEN or BARE wire under ground scre w . Reinstall wir ing cov er. DO NO T FORGET TO CONNECT THE GROUND .

- 11 - 12. LIGHT BULBS This range hood uses 50W halogen lamps. (120V , 50W , P AR 20) Install the lamps by rotating them cloc kwise into their sock et holder . 13. HEA T LAMPS The heat lamps required are 120V , 175W max, infrared bulbs . (120V , IR 175W , P AR 38) White halogen lights can be used if warming shelves are not used.
- 12 - 15. USE AND CARE (CONT’D) Hood cleaning Stainless steel cleaning: How to maintain its « BRIGHT LOOK » Do: - Regularly wash surf aces with clean cloth or rag soaked with w ar m water and mild soap or liquid dish detergent. - Alwa ys clean in the direction of original polish lines.
