1 Safety Precautions Read all of the instructions before using this appliance. When using this appliance, always exercise basic safety precautions, including the following: 1. Use this appliance only for its intended purpose as described in this operation manual.
2 Important Safety Precautions of CO 2 (Carbon Dioxide) Gas 1. CO 2 gas can be dangerous! CO 2 cylinders contain high-pressure compressed gas, which can be hazardous if not handled properly . Make sure you read and understand all the procedures for the CO 2 cylinders before installation.
3 Introduction • T oensurethatyourKEGORA TOR™workstothemaximumefciencyitwasdesigned for , keep it in a location where there is proper air circulation and electrical outlets. • ChoosealocationwheretheKEGORA TOR ™ will be away from heat and will not be exposed to direct sunlight.
4 CO2 Bottle Regulator Hose #2 Connects Dispenser Assembly to Beer T ap CO 2 Bottle Beer T ap Handle Hose #1 Connecting Beer T ap to Regulator & CO 2 Bottle Part Connects to Keg LargeButtery.
5 Regulator The regulator works the Co2 T ank V alve and measures PSI (pounds per square inch), as well as the volume of the Co2 gas in the Cylinder . Output Pressure Gauge (0-60 PSI) for measuring PSI of CO 2 in tank. T ank Pressure Gauge (0-3000 PSI) for measuring PSI of CO 2 outowfrom T ank to Keg.
6 There are three different possible backowstoppers. STEP 4 Connect the CO 2 line from the regulator to the coupler . STEP 1 High pressure washer installed into CO 2 regulator (may already be installed). STEP 2 Attach regulator to CO 2 tank connector .

8 Installing the Casters Follow the steps below to install the casters. 1. Empty the inside of the cabinet completely and lay the KEGORA TOR™ down on it’s side. W e recommend that you place a piece of cardboard or cloth underneath the cabinet to prevent dents or scratches.
