2 ASUS A7V8X-LA motherboard 2. Centr al Processing Unit (CPU) The motherboard comes with a Socket A (462) for the AMD processor . AMD processors offer gigahertz speeds to support all latest computing platforms and applications. The A7V8X-LA supports AMD Athlon™/Athlon XP™ 3200+ processors.
