Maintenance 22 NETGEAR ReadyDA T A 5200 Disks The ReadyDA T A 5200 does not recognize non-NETGEAR disks. I n addition, if you use non-NETGEAR disks, Dashboard might di splay an error . The ReadyDA T A 5200 can recognize only disks that yo u obtain throug h NETGEAR or a NETGEAR authorized reseller .
Maintenance 23 NETGEAR ReadyDA T A 5200 Add a Disk Y ou can add a hard disk to an empty disk bay . Y ou do not need to shut down your unit before adding a disk. Y ou can use 2.5-inch and 3.5-in ch disk driv es in a ReadyDA T A 5200, EDA2000, or EDA4000.

With the disk tray handle to the right and the hard disk drive to the left, assemble the disk tray and metal plate.

P ower Supply If either of the two power supply modules fails, the other module t akes the full load and allows the system to continue operation without interruption.
