14 Preheat 6-Qt. Roaster Oven to 425˚F . Lightly spray Cookwell with spray cooking oil. Add margarine. Cover; cook until melted. Add meat, onions and celery . Cover; cook 15 to 20 minutes or until browned. Reduce temperature to 325˚F . Add remaining ingredients; stir to mix.
15 Lightly spray Cookwell with spray cooking oil. Rub seasonings onto outside of brisket. Place meat in preheated Cookwell. Add enough hot water to reach halfway up meat; add bay leaf and clove. Cover; cook 10 minutes. Reduce temperature to 250˚F . Add vegetables.

17 Reduce temperature to 300˚F . Add apple juice. Cover; roast 30 to 40 minutes for well done (170˚F . on a meat thermometer) or until tender . Serves 2 to 4. Whole Chic ken 1(3-1/2 to 4-1/2) Lb. Whole Chicken 1 Tbsp. Minced parsley 1 Tbsp. V egetable oil 1 T sp.
