3 Intr oduction Welcome to the E911 Security Notification (ESN) Application Suite, an easy - to -u se yet powerful E911 notification solution. The E911 Security Notification solution offers robust features designed specifically for busine ss users who want to make use o f the Enhanced 911 ca ll notification d uring emergencies.
4 Notification Types: 1. Display an aud ible pop-up window with details o f the call 2. E-mail notification with the call details 3. If during maintenance, if the ESN loses connectivity to the database server or if the ESN itself stop ped, all the E911 Alert application s in the network will be n otified abou t this event.
5 4. A PDF fil e of all the Configured Extension’s from the ALI registry is displayed to the user in t wo o f the se situations a. When a Callers ALI d etails is not available in the database , the alarm pop -up will provide the basi c information whatever availab le from the cal l record i.

If the database server connectivity i s lost d uring the time of an E911 call, the ala rm pop -up will display only detai ls of th e Extension nu mber that made the call and Site from where the call originated. Like wise, the P DF file will display the complete ALI information that was available in the database when that was la st conn ected.
