7 Where to install it If the dr ying cabinet is to be built in, a con nect ion to an ex haus t ve nti lati on duct must be a v ailable . There should be an ear thed plug-in electric outlet sock et within a distance of 2 metres from the upper par t of the dr ying cabinet.
8 Electrical requirements Electrical connection The dr ying cabinet should be connected to a 220 - 240 V olt single-phase 50 - 60 Hz. ear thed mains supply . The dr ying cabine t is deli v ered comple te with a 2 metre long ear thed cable and plug.
9 1 2 1 2 V entilation alternatives Minimum 300 mm Ceiling It is rekommend that av ailable doors and or windows should be opened for optimum perf or mance and ventilation.

Make sure that moised air is vented and fresh air can freely replace the humid air giv en off by the dr ying cabinet.
11 2 1 When the dr ying cabinet is per manently con- nec ted to the e va cua tio n duct , the whole room is v entilated by w a y of the dr ying cabinet. The exhaust air duct valv e is replaced by an inser t (not included). See also the section ’Connect V entilation’ page 18 .
12 Installation T ake off all the packing material; do not use a sh arp to ol whi ch cou ld dama ge the product. Check that the dr ying cabinet has not been damaged dur ing transpor tation. The distributor should be notified of an y damage dur ing transpor tation within 7 The cabinet can tip over if not correctl y installed.

14 1 2 P ay attention to the risk of accidents due to the weight. At least tw o people should manipulate the drying cabinet. The door can be changed to open from the left or the right 1. La y the dr ying cabinet on its back side . 2. Disengage the hinge pin of the bottom hinge (1) and lift the door off .

16 A 1 2 3 4 5 1. K eep the adhesive tape on the door until the dr ying cabinet is in place. Place the cabinet so that its front is fl ush and centered with the cabinetr y f acing. 2. Plug the dryer into the pow er soc ket ensuring the po wer lead is free and the plug can easily be remov ed.
17 1 2 3 4 5 6 7. Fix the two par ts of the wooden pack er in place using two screws , each of them screw ed into the wall behind the dr ying cabinet, so that they correspond with the holes mar ked as in point 4. Use screws of a suitable length.
18 1 Connect V entilation If the drying cabinet is inbuilt, the sleeve coupling is mounted through the ventilation vent in the top par t of the cabinet mounting unit after the drying cabinet has been assembled in its final position.
19 1. Check that all par ts are mounted. If not - go through all the steps once more. 2. Chec k that no pac king material is left lying around. 3. Use a mild washing up product with warm water and w ash the dr ying cabinet inside and out. Dr y it carefully .
20 Ho w to use the Drying Cabinet Star ting 1. Place the ar ticles to be dried in the dr ying cabinet and shut the door . See also the section ’Choosing where to place the washing’. 2. Se t an ap pro pria te temp er at ur e and dr yi ng time. See the section ’Setting the tempe- rature selector knob’.
21 Some advice f or users Setting the contr ols Set the temperature and the time selec- tor knobs f or the most delicate ar ticles to be dried. The temperature is changed by means of the temperature selector knob which can be tur ned in both directions.

23 Cleaning High-pressure cleaning m ust not be used! The walls of the cabinet should be clea- ned with a mild soap solution on a damp cloth. Dust frequently gathers round the air intake orifice on the upper par t of the cabinet. This will inhibit dr ying and ma y in tur n, lead to a breakdown.
