3 T ouch screen display Y our alarm clock radio has a an innovative touch screen interactive display . Use the pad of your finger or use the touch screen pointer rod to operate (see diagram for location). We recommend the pointer rod to avoid finger prints.
Battery back-up facility (battery not included) Unit will work without a battery being fitted Y our clock radio is equipped with a battery back-up facility . 1 Remove the battery compartment cover (underneath the unit) by pushing in the clip and lifting off.
5 3 Press the MODE button once, the current time will flash. Y ou must adjust the time whilst the clock display is flashing. Repeatedly press the UP or DOWN buttons to change the time by 1 minute increments. Or hold down UP or DOWN buttons to change the clock rapidly .
6 Setting the alarms 1 Y ou can set two independent alarms to sound (by buzzer or by radio) each day of the week (Monday to Sunday) or from Monday to Friday or only weekend. Repeatedly press the MODE button until the alarm 1 time appears and flashes. 2 Press the UP or DOWN to set the alarm time.
7 Radio operation • T o obtain maximum FM reception fully extend the wire FM aerial (which is located at the rear of the unit) and alter the direction of the wire for best results. • The aerial for the MW waveband is located inside the unit. T o obtain maximum MW reception rotate the clock radio.
8 Last station memory function The frequency of the last station tuned to before switching off the unit will be stored in the memory . When the unit is switched on again, it will receive this station in the respective waveband. When changing the waveband, the last station tuned to in each waveband will also be stored in the memory .
