EN-22 Image adjustment (continued) BrilliantColor TM Use this setting to make color s with medium brightness, such as yel- low and the skin tone a ppear natural. Press t he W button to d ecrease the val ue to lessen the effect. Press th e X button to increase the value to heighten the eff ect.
EN-23 ENGLISH Adv anced features Displaying a user-defined image during startup or mut- ing Y ou can display your desired image as the star tup screen (or splash screen). Using the menu, y ou can also use it as the backg round that is display ed while the video is muted or no signal is input.

EN-25 ENGLISH Lamp replacement This projector is equipped with a lamp to project images. This lamp is a consumable . It may b ur n out or it s brightness may decrease during use. In such cases, replace th e lamp with a ne w one as soon as possi- ble .
EN-26 Lamp replacement (continued) 4. Pull up the handle (g), and t hen pull out the la mp unit (h) by the handle. 5. Remov e the lamp attachment unit. • Pull the lamp unit out of the project or slowly . If it is pulled out quickly , the lamp may brea k, scattering glass fragments.
