5 Installing the A V Splitter sy stem Before installing the sy stem do the follow ing: • Place cables aw ay f rom f luorescent ligh ts, air conditioners, and mach ines that are likely to generate electrical noise. • Ensure th at the distance f rom th e Central un it to each Rem ote unit does not exceed th e max imu m cable length.
