5 Installation Procedures During the software installa tion, you must install the DRIVER. You can install the Arcsoft® PhotoImpression and VideoImpression software at a later time . Frequently check for up da ted webcam software by visiting ou r website, www.
6 Using Your Webcam To use the camera, click Start Æ Program s Æ Micro Innovations Æ Webcam. Make sure that “W ebcam” is checked under the Devices menu and that “Prev iew” is checked under th e Options menu . At this point, you should see “Live” vid eo capture in the window.
7 Using Arcsoft PhotoImpression Click the Icon on your desktop or click Start Æ Arcsoft PhotoImpression. Note: The Get Photo control panel will be displayed on your scree n. • Choose the Camera/ Scanner Icon and select your device to begin downloadi ng your photos.
8 Capturing Images from “Live” Video Click the Icon on your desktop or click Start Æ Programs Æ Arcsoft PhotoImpression . From the “Get Photo” contro l Panel, choose the Video Icon for “live” video capture.
9 Using Arcsoft VideoImpression Click this Icon on your desktop or click Start Æ Programs Æ Arcsoft Videoimpression. Once the applications is open ed, The “getting Started Wizard” will appear.
