99-7328 DA SH DISASSEMBL Y KIA SORENTO 2007-2009 A 1 D isconnect the negative battery ter- minal to prevent an accidental short circuit. 1 Unclip and remove the side trim pan- els. (Tip: start at the bottom of the panels) (Figure A) 2 Remove (2) Phillips head screws securing the vent panels then unclip and remove the (2) vent panels.
2 99-7328 KIT ASSEMBL Y B A RECESSED DIN RADIO PROVISION WITH POCKET Slide the DIN cage into the radio hous- ing and secure by bending the metal locking tabs outward. (Figure A) 1 Slide the radio into the DIN cage/hous- ing assembly until it snaps into place .
3 99-7328 KIT ASSEMBL Y B A ISO MOUNT RADIO PROVISION WITH POCKET Align the holes from the ISO snap in brackets with the holes in the side of the radio and mount the brackets to the radio using screws supplied with the radio. (Figure A) 1 Slide the radio/bracket assembly into the radio housing until the assembly snaps into place .
