- 1 - The Mercedes-Benz approve d/ recommended Bluetooth ® Phones ca n be utilized inside Mercedes-Benz vehicles. Validity Please contact your Mercedes-Benz Dealer to validate if your v ehicle is supported . The vehicles need to have the Mer cedes-Benz mobile telep hone kit installe d and a Mercedes-Benz-ap proved Blue tooth ® mobile t elephone.

- 3 - Inserting the Mercedes-Benz V60 adaptor with Bluetooth ® Make sure that the starter switch is in position 1, 2 or 3 (see the vehicle Operator's Manual). Insert the Mercedes-Benz V60 adaptor with Bluetooth ® (1) into the connector (2) to engage it into the cradle (3).
- 4 - Pairing the mobile telephone wit h the Mercedes-Benz V60 adaptor with Bluetooth ® Notes Make sure that the starter switch is in position 1, 2 or 3 (see the vehicle Operator's Manual). In order to be paired, the Mercedes-Benz V60 adaptor with Bluetooth ® must be connected into the cradle and the LED button (4) must be fla shing slowly.
- 5 - 2. For information on pairin g the mobile telephone, see t he mobile telep hone manual or visit www.wireless4mb.com for instructions. The Mercedes- Benz V60 adaptor with Bluetooth ® will appear as "MB PhoneSystem " on the mobile telephone.
- 6 - Depending on the type of mobile telephone being used, a message may appear in the mobile te lephone's displa y (see the mobile telephone manual).
- 7 - • If the mobile tele phone is connected via Bluetooth ® to the Mercedes-Be nz V60 adaptor wi th Bluetooth ® , the telephone home screen will be shown.
- 8 - Notes Once the telephone book has been downloaded any changes made to the mobile te lephone's tele phone book will not be updated in the vehi cle automatically. In order to update the telephone book press the LED button (4) briefly (see page 4).

- 10 - Connecting the mobile telephone and the Mercedes-Benz V60 adaptor with Bluetooth ® automatically When the starter switch is in position 1, 2 or 3 (see the vehicle Operator's Manual), a connection between the mobile telephone and the Mercedes-Benz V60 adaptor with Bluetooth ® will be e stab lished.
- 11 - Errors If the LED button (4) flashes very rapidly make sure the LED button (4) is not stuck in the Mercedes-B enz V60 adaptor with Bluetooth ® .
