12 3 or 4 SETTING THE VIDEO CHANNEL T o view playback of a recorded tape, the TV must be set to channel 3 or 4 (video channel). The VCP 3/4 Channel Selector switch must also be set to channel 3 or 4 as shown below . If you have used a Audio/Video cable you should not have to follow this procedure.
13 ENGLISH AUTOMA TIC EJECT If the video cassette player automatically rewinds the tape to the beginning (AUTO REWIND FEA TURE), the tape will be ejected automatically . Remove the cassette. LOADING AND UNLOADING THE VIDEO CASSETTE T APE Use only video cassette tapes marked .
14 PLA YBACK TO ST ART PLA YBACK Press the POWER button on the unit or on the remote control to turn the unit on and set the TV to the V ideo position. Load a prerecorded tape. (When loading a cassette tape, the video cassette player will turn on, the PLA Y indicator will light and playback will start automatically .
