5 Installing or removing battery cartridge • Alwa ys s witch off the tool before insertion or remov al of the battery car tr idge. • T o remove the battery car tridge, withdraw it from the tool while pressing the buttons on both sides of the car tridge.
6 Selecting the action mode This tool employs an action mode changing ring. Select one of the three modes suitable f or your wo rk needs by using this ring. For rotation only , tur n the ring so that the arrow on the tool body points toward the mark on the ring.
7 Screwdriving operation First, turn the action mode changing r ing so that the arrow on the tool body points to the marking. Adjust the adjusting ring to the proper torque lev el for y our work. Then proceed as follo ws. Place the point of the driver bit in the screw head and apply pressure to the tool.
