9 Bevel cutting Loosen the clamping screw on the be vel scale plate on the front of the base. Set f or the desired angle (0 ° - 45 ° ) by tilting accordingly , then tighten the clamping scre w securely . Sighting F or straight cuts, align the A position on the front of the base with your cutting line .
10 Installing or removing diamond wheel T o install the wheel, first loosen the bolt with the hex wrench and remov e the bolt and the flange. Then mount the wheel, the flange and the bolt. The wheel should be mounted with the Makita name on the flange side.
